This is a very rare treat. A limited edition distilled by a very experienced and remarkable creative Vancouver alcohol legend. You won’t find it on any shelves, but we do know it’s a combination of two single barrel, single malts that have aged in American and French oak, respectively, for at least 17-21 years. JM sweet talked our way into this unique bottle and the details are a bit hazy.
Tasting Notes
We were told it was created to help sterilize the brewing equipment, but it turned out to be decent so they made more. Whether that's true or not, who knows, but we do agree that it's a reasonably tasty dram! No shame in adding water to this one.
