Whisky #10
Double Double 21 Year Mizunara
Dewar's

United Kingdom ~ 46% ~ $150

Unlike your Tim’s order, this double-double is an easy sipper. Dewar’s has been perfecting their aging technique for almost 180 years, about the same time it takes for a Mizunara oak tree to reach gnarled maturity. Once blended, this mix of single grain and single malt whiskies goes into a Mizunara cask for finishing. Just like a Tim’s double-double, Dewar’s might be what your grandfather drank though we assure you this modern twist on a classic will have plenty for your third-wave pallet to ponder.

Tasting Notes

Citrus notes that shine brightly with lime zest and grapefruit peel, while the mizunara oak adds hints of sandalwood and a glossy mouthfeel, leaving a luscious finish of zested lemon and white chocolate.
