We are constantly looking to Vancouver Island for our Canadian entrants these days, and that includes the tantalizing Stillhead Distillery. Located in the gorgeous the Cowichan Valley, they do things their way. Just like everyone else on the island. Matured in bourbon and BC wine casks, the Iberian moniker comes from a finish in PX. Released as part of The Strath’s 20th anniversary celebrations, this burly offering won best single cask AND best cask strength at the Canadian whisky awards in 2024. Can’t argue with that.
