Bourbon from Wyoming?!? Now I’ve seen everything. The Mead family are proud of their heritage and that heavily influences their production methods and subsequently the flavour. To wit: all ingredients are from Wyoming; the spirit is aged in large barrels for at least 5 years on site despite the massive temperature swings; and they use two different yeast strains on a curiously wheat-heavy grain bill. All of that marries together to formulate the unique whisky you are about to enjoy.

Nose
Floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding
Palate
Floral with brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon. Light and smooth mouthfeel with vanilla bean and cinnamon spice filling the mouth cavity, hint of mint
Finish
Medium length finish with toffee. Spice and vanilla fade.
