Besides being almost impossible to pronounce, anCnoc (a-nock) is also the reincarnation of the Knockdhu distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Geology provides this distillery with a virtually unlimited supply of peat, but despite the abundance, anCnoc uses the gift sparingly.
